1-on-1 Personal Training
Service Description
If you’re looking to become a client, please select the Trial Session: 3-Pack option. This is the standard starting point for all new clients, unless otherwise approved for a special circumstance. These sessions allow Mak to assess your strengths, identify areas for growth, and begin crafting a personalized training plan tailored to your goals. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask questions, get a feel for the coaching style, and see if it’s the right fit for you. Each session is 1hr and typically includes a dynamic warm-up, a mix of strength and cardio-based movements, accessory exercises, and mobility work. Throughout the workout, you’ll receive both technical guidance and positive, constructive feedback to help you move safely and confidently toward your goals. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact Mak by phone at (229) 375-4486. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations will incur a $20 fee, if no notice is given the full session rate of $75 will be charged.
