
Getting Started
1. Select your Service
Mak offers many different options to fit many different fitness goals. Pick which option most aligns with what you are looking for with a trainer. This option can always change after our consultation so no worries with booking the wrong option.
2. Buy Service & Schedule Online Consultation
Book whichever service you choose. During this process, there will be a section asking you to pick a time. This will be for our online consultation where I will go over your fitness goals, sign contracts, and schedule all, if not most, sessions going forward. This is also the time to answer any questions you have about getting started.
3. Let your Journey begin!
Once we have completed the online consultation, signed all contracts and payment has been received, we will proceed with the service you book. Scroll down to see an outline of what to expect from each service.
Services

1-on-1 Personal Training

Select the "Trial Sessions: 3 Pack" option

We will complete the online consultation, sign contracts and book our 3 sessions

The 3 sessions are to gauge where an athlete is at, including strengths, weaknesses, or injuries, prior to committing for 3 or 6 months with Mak.

Each session will include a warmup, strength, cardio, and mobility assessment in the form of a tailored workout based upon the online consultation.

Once all 3 sessions are completed, if athlete decides to continue with Mak, they will then book the 3 Month, 6 Month, Specialty Coaching or Personalized Programming.

Specialty Coaching

Select the "Specialty Coaching" option and whatever style coaching you are looking for in the drop down option.

We will complete the online consultation, sign contracts and book a month's worth of sessions (1 per week).

With Specialty Coaching you are committing to a 3 months contract, but are welcome to extend past the 3 months. Most programs are written at 12 week spans but can be adjusted as needed.

Each session will include but are not limited to a warmup, specialized programing, accessory work, and technical feedback.

Once the 3 Months is up, the athlete can decide to continue and extend the contract or they can take what they have learned and chose to apply it on their own terms.

Personalized Programming

Select the "Personalized Programming" option and whatever length of program you are looking for. The 12 week program is geared towards those who have long erm fitness or sport goals whereas the Weekly Split is a week long program that is very similar to body building style programming focused on different muscle groups. The Weekly Split would only be programmed for 1 week's worth of programming and would be repeated for as long as the athlete would like, though the recommended time on the same program would be anywhere from 12-16 weeks.

We will complete the online consultation, sign contracts and you will receive the program within the next 10 days.

All programs come with video links of how to complete the exercise but will not include coaching unless specifically agreed with Mak prior to receiving the program.
