Service Description
Mak's coaching is built around structure, purpose, and sustainability. Rather than offering short, random workouts or one-off plans, I focus on two core programming options that support long-term progress and intentional movement: 12-Week Specialized Program This is my signature training option, designed for individuals with long-term fitness or sport-specific goals. The 12-week program progresses through three structured phases, focusing on areas like strength development, conditioning, movement efficiency, and recovery. It’s ideal for athletes, lifters, or anyone looking to train with purpose over an extended period of time. Programming is tailored to your individual goals, lifestyle, and experience level. Weekly Split Program This bodybuilding-inspired weekly split targets different movement patterns or muscle groups each day (e.g., push/pull/legs). It’s a single week of personalized programming that you repeat for 12–16 weeks based on your training needs and recovery. This option offers more flexibility and is great for independent lifters who want structure without ongoing updates.
Cancellation Policy
No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes While every effort is made to design effective and evidence-based programs, individual results may vary based on adherence, consistency, lifestyle factors, and other variables outside the trainer’s control. The trainer does not guarantee specific results such as weight loss, muscle gain, or performance improvements. Non-Transferable Programs are written exclusively for the individual client and may not be shared, sold, or used by others. This protects both the intellectual property of the trainer and the safety of those who were not assessed directly. Health & Injury Disclosure Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before program design. Failure to do so may affect the program’s safety and effectiveness. The trainer is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow program guidelines. Program Adjustments Minor program adjustments may be requested within 7 days of delivery to account for changes in schedule, equipment, or feedback after the initial trial period. Substantial changes or rewrites may require an additional fee. Use at Your Own Risk Clients are advised to use their program responsibly and consult with a physician before beginning any new fitness regimen. The trainer is not liable for injuries sustained from misuse, unsupervised training, or deviation from the prescribed plan. No Refunds After Delivery Due to the time and labor involved in personalized programming, all sales are final once the program is delivered. Refunds are not available unless agreed upon in writing under exceptional circumstances.
